Refund policy

At PrimeVault, each product is carefully designed and made to order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns or replacements may only be considered if the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items showing signs of use, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
